I've got some PR domains with pr2-pr6, and planning to build a blog network with these PR domains to promote my money site (which has no pr). Who can give me some hints about how to proceed the promotion in detail. Appreciate it!

There are many methods to promote your new website nowadays. you can do article submission and Guest posting stuffs. Secondly You can use Social sites such as Twitter , Facebook , tumbleUpon and YouTube. Just make sure that content would be informative and unique.. If you have money to invest, You can hire professionals to do SEO for your website.
