Looking for SEO mentor/coach/help

Ok I bought all the tools xrumer,scrapebox,lfe and I've never used them. I've been running my affiliate business pretty well and have some money to invest in a mentor and strategy of outsourcing. I'm looking for someone that is doing at least 4k a month USD, to work with me as a consultant and help me get my SEO practices in order. I know I'm probably going to get beat up and flamed why not do it yourself etc., I'd rather pay someone who made all the mistakes instead of make them myself, I'd be stupid not to.
