I recently started a fun media share website and constantly working on it.
I think the site itself actually looks and functions professional and I keep developing it constantly.
Yeah I've read it at many places starting a 9gag clone site is just wasting of time, but I have serious plans with this.

I have a monthly $150 budget on marketing/seo. But I am actually looking for a partner who is really experienced with things like this.

What you need to do:

• get traffic on the site
• generate unique content until there aren't enough traffic
• share that content on every possible places
• build backlinks

What you get:

• when you say the site is ready to get monetized we share 50/50

Doesnt matter how serious plan you have it wont work.
Moreover, $150 is actually considered chump change for any type of marketing.
and whatever you've listed your "partner" to do is basically everything lol.

Someone could do the same and keep 100%. You are asking for someone to do ALL of the work and you keep 50% lol. SWEEEEET!

Meh I would do the developing part, I have a lot of plans furthermore the guy who is at seo can tell me what should i implement

10 day old site OP, I don't see you being able to monetize this to any great degree
There are too many clones and too much competition

If anybody proficient in SEO thinks it is viable, they would just start another clone.
Why would they work with you?

Crap. The basic monthly SEO package cost 200$. but you pay 50% means it wont work out.

SEO tasks includes, Article creation, Infographics, Blog commenting, Wiki Link Submission, PPT conversion to video, Web 2.0 creation and Maintenance, etc. this is very low amount brother
