Looking for SEO expert

Hello,
kinda new here.
I'm runing a small wordpress website which belongs to client of mine.
and I'm looking for a SEO expert to help me with some easy tasks like:
~onpage optimizations
~fix wrong indexed pages on google and remove duplicates
~configure and fix sitemap.xml
~configure and fix Yoast plugin
~configure and fix .htaccess file

~I'm looking for someone that has extensive experience with wordpress, who could analyze my entire website - and report to me how it can be improved.

I have bad experience with people who offer SEO services

and seems like every time I paid someone to help me ~ I get a poor level of services.

You can do all of that stuff with Yoast and Search Console .. a couple of Youtube videos will show you how it's done

thanks for the comments guys but I've already done the basics stuff~
I'm looking for an expert who understand in level of code to help me in more complex parts.
