BHW members. I'm a small freelancer. Today I search a keyword "Broncos vs Panthers live stream"on google.com . In google news section I see a third party website(Brown Paper Tickets‎). This is fully spammy post but still now rank on google news section. How it is possible?

If anyone know this technique how can submit a third-party website on google news section please reply me. I want to learn this technique please help me.

The keyword has very low search volume and an estimated CPC of .01 in the US. People are not really targeting the keyword so if that site wants to rank for it it is not that hard. I also do not see them in the news section of the US.
