Hey guys, I have a new site being made, and I'm looking for someone to rank it to the first page of Google for 3 main keywords.

I'm looking to pay someone $200-1,000 to rank a website within 1 month's time.

There is no service who gives 100% guaranty to rank any keyword on top 10 in 1 month mate.
I hope another shit list thread is near.
 
There really is no such service that can guarantee all of your three keywords to rank above the fold on page 1. It depends upon many different factors. The best thing you could do is, plan a strategy for yourself instead of depending upon an SEO service provider to do it for you. Know what foundation backlinks you require, then checkout the BST section and purchase smaller service packs from multiple vendors.

Look for guest posts, press releases, manual web2.0s, homepage niche related backlinks, high pr blog posts etc. Also, submit articles on top 5 article directories such as ezine articles. You could then track your progress
 
Ranking for keywords like buy youtube views, youtube views is not a 1 month task mate. I am sure you want to rank those keywords, i ranked those before but it took around 2-3 months.
 
For that many keywords and at that speed it's going to cost more than that unless they are very easy keywords. Our firm can rank at that speed (and actually faster), but it's not cheap.
