We have completed our shopping cart, we need a long term SEO expert to help us to build up a traffic to our site.

As stated before by gundamwing, which I applaud, banner posting, youtube traffic and forum posting IS...NOT...SEO!

OP, your thread will only attract noob seo'ers or if you're a little bit unlucky, scammers.

I suggest you get yourself informed on what exactly this SEO thingy is, and then formulate a correct demand or objective (either traffic, conversions, ranking on some terms in order to increase your brand visibility.. whatever).

The "Can I has SEO I pay 2$ papal monkey for rank first page TODAY NOW!" era has ended a while ago. You as a business owner should be informed about this marketing channel (talking about SEO) in order to know what it can and what it can't do for your business.

Best luck dodging all those shady PM's you're getting now.
