Does anyone know of mobile CPI networks with a self serve platform for ADVERTISERS? I have some apps i want to promote via (incenvitized) CPI.
I found nativeX and Fiksu sofar, but they have really high funding requirements ($1000, and $2500) and im looking for a network with a bit lower requirements as its just testing for now.
