you should try all rss submitter, fast rss submitter, all scoop rss submit (I think this is all rss submitter if I can recall well) or just search around forum you'll find what you are after for.

I hope it helps a bit. I was using All Rss Submitter for years and it has done pretty good job for me in the past. It's free.
