Thank you so much for letting me see it. However, its minimum switching time is 5 minutes, and I need a 3-minute switching time. But I see its backlink proxy has a 3-minute switching time. But I don't understand the difference between this and the unlimited rotating residential proxy.

Unlimited residential proxy pools are usually small and spammed to death. If you need unlimited bandwidth but not many IP 's you could use Static ISP proxies
