Looking for Rotating (real) Residentials IPv4 WW - $ per GB

Hello,
Do you know some good providers that can rent :

Real residential IP World Wide (I don't care if it's Asia, USA, Europe IP, but I need real residential IP)
Change the IP every request
I need 200 simultanous threads minimum
Price per GB = $2 or less in bulk (I can pay one shot $3000 max)

I will use it to scrape Google <3 !
If you know what is the official number of IP that are in the Pool it could be great.
If you have tested it with Google scraping it could be nice to give your review

14 per gb is pretty expensive

If you're scraping Google, 4G mobile proxies should be a good fit. But remember you're going to get completely different search results based on the location of your proxies, so the fact that you don't care about the location is confusing.There are many providers who let you rotate IPs (both manually and automatically) so that shouldn't be a feature difficult to come by either.
As far as I know, most providers have a monthly subscription per IP, which costs $135/product if you choose the manual IP rotation (With this feature, you can set an automatic interval for IP rotation, or change the IP anytime using the "Rotate Now" button, or API.). The bandwidth is unlimited and speeds are up to standard.

4G mobile proxies - any provider such as AT&T and Verizon will have these

when scraping google, just use DC proxies and 2cap to solve recaps they throw. Will cost alot less .
