Looking for Residential Proxies by City or State

I am looking for residential proxies in which I can either connect to them the same way as hidemyass in which my entire PC is connected to the proxy rather than a single browser, or I am connected via remote desktop.

Dslrentals.com offers proxies I can change on my PC by city but I can only use Firefox with them. I need to use another application.

Dslrentals.com does offer remote connection to a host where I can change the IP, but I am not allowed to install software unless I purchase a monthly plan and only need it for 1-2 weeks.
