Looking for reliable VPS offshore hosting

Hey guys, I need a good offshore VPS host, that ignores DMCA notices. I'll be streaming copyrighted videos straight off the server, and I don't want to get into trouble.
I contacted RMX about his service a couple of days ago, and he didn't reply yet, so don't suggest him. I can't afford anything too expensive. I'll be using VPS until I start making profit, and then I'll just upgrade to Dedicated. I want to try, and have this site as long term as possible.

I'll need around 30GB - 50GB of storage for now, the more bandwidth, the better.

May be you can try warezhosting or wrzhost.com, i have used latter in past for movies sites.

The 30$ Plan looks great, just a question, where would it be safer to host? Netherlands, or Russia? I live in Canada.

I never tested warezhosting.com, but i have used wrzhost.com netherland.
your choice, i feel if you live in US go for Russian hosting as US and EU seems to have good diplomatic relation :usa:

Couple last questions, so if I put like 200 videos on my site, will people be able to come, and watch them without problem? (The videos will be on my server)
And the copyright people can't do shit either, right?

get a hong kong server they are fast and i doubt they will care...
