Do you know any good web hosting provider which offers secure and affordable Linux VPS hosting plans?
My requirements are 2500GBs bandwidth and 70GBs disk space.
Besides, I need 2 dedicated Ips and Linux hosting. It will be also great if you share discounts on the mentioned company.

what are the most reliable and stable places which offer such VPS hosting solutions?

GreenCloud VPS is a good provider. They offer discount codes in their marketplace thread. I'm not sure if they have what you need, but they are very stable.
 
I've used DigitalOcean for Linux ones, never had any problems with them, I also think they are among the cheapest ones out there
 
My suggestion is hostwinds: fast servers and kind helpful staff at reasonable pricing.
 
Have a look at cheap VPS deals from hostafrica.co.za and hosting.co.uk, the combination of low prices, high uptime and quality support makes them attractive for many IT users.
 
there are many good options on the forum, I believe. but personally i would use digital ocean and hetzner
