Trying to set up a new ebay and my cc is tied to an older account that I don't know the details of. So I am trying to find a reliable VBA or VCC that I can use to remove the limit so that I can start selling on Ebay with this account. I can't put my bank account to it as it is a US account and I am currently in the UK without a UK bank account to verify it with. Already tried to put my US account to it but I need to send in photo id and more proof which I don't feel comfortable doing.

Would prefer a good VCC service

Anyone used any good services that they could recommend?

You don't feel comfortable faxing in a photo ID and other credentials to a website that has been around for quite some time owned by a viable company but you expect someone you do not know to give you a BA or a CC? And why do you not have a bank account if you live in the united kingdom? This makes little to no sense to me

thanks for the helpful comment, not even going to waste my time explaining it to you

US and UK need both, BA and CC / AVS VCC, to be fully verified. Adding a VCC will not do.

When did this come into effect? I used just a card once and had no problems whatsoever. Maybe I worded my original post wrong, I am looking to remove the limit to begin selling, not the amount of goods that I am able to sell.

Do you mean you have a small selling limit and want to get it raised to sell more items? If so that is hard to do when you first start out. It takes 90 days or so to begin getting raises. Or you could call which is very risky because they will ask you a ton of questions and if you fail your account will be done.

you can call CC and tell them you want a new CC number and they will give you a new number
