Looking for reliable ASP.NET and MsSQL supported hosting for our project sites.

We have been developing a real estate website with giving permissions to the users to add their properties, and we are on the way to finish the car rental version of this website coding.
We need reliable hosting with reasonable price.

• .NET Support (As we are building the site with ASPX)
• MsSQL Support
• Backup Support
• Control Panel (Plesk or other options)
• Connection without lags
• A reliable system
• A clean IP address, we do not wish to be in the spammer area
• Good support

We want to test the hosting firm and then purchase what we need.
Also if we are happy enough with the service we will be buying a new server also.

So I want recommendations. If you are a hosting company I need to see reference sites hosted on your servers, or proof of quality.

i use reliablesite.net for a few websites i've made, their customer support is a little lacking though.
