looking for refresh plugin...??

hey im looking for a program or plugin that can refresh at random intervals while changing the proxy at the same time.

so eg

refresh 1... 10 secs... proxy1
refresh 2... 46 secs... proxy2
refresh 3... 65 secs... proxy3

and so on

anyone can point me in the right direction?
(already tried google)

where Conent = Number of Seconds
And URL will be your Pointed URL.
