A client I represent had their verified x account hacked. Email and password changed.

Emailed support but said they couldn’t verify her.

Can anyone help recover?

If you have spoken to X's support and they can't resolve this, I think that nothing else can be done.

You can still recover it submit X's hacked account form with proof, and they usually help if ownership is clear.

Submitting an appeal is the only way to try to get back a Twitter account. If the appeal is declined or rejected, then that is it, there would be no way beyond that.

Try reaching out through all available support channels and include timestamps, previous emails, and account screenshots the more verifiable details, the stronger the case for recovery.
