Titles says it all, not looking for Animoto templates or crappy Fiverr explainer videos but for a high end professional video creation.

The best option in my opinion would be to go to: elan ce (sorry I can't post the link just google it) There are some very professional services over there.

Could be, yes. But I'm looking for the full package - voice-over, script writing and video creation. I was looking for a recommendation for a company but I guess I'll just use some video crowd-sourcing platform.
