Hi guys,
I’m looking to use residential proxies for managing for scraping some sites. I need rotating proxies pay based on the number of IPs I use rather than by data, but the results on GG just showed ones by data. So i'm asking for something paid per IP, affordable and fast enough for this.
Does anyone know of any good providers?
Thanks for the help!

Some I know are Live Proxies, ProxyEmpire, Webshare, 9Proxy. I'm currently use 9Proxy, if I'm not wrong, it's the cheapest among these. ProxyEmpire, Webshare are ok but a bit over cost, 9Proxy's good enough, maybe not wellknown as the other two but the price makes it worth a try for me.

Have you considered Mobile Proxies for your use case? Check marketplace they have all the information in there.

For scraping, I’d rather use mobile proxies from a provider offering unlimited data and a good mobile IP pool.

ProxyEmpire and Webshare are quite wellknown, so a bit pricy, 9Proxy's cheapest, surprisingly good , but actually suites those who needing large numbers of IPs. Never heard about Live Proxy, is it new?

thanks for the infor. maybe i'll the cheap ones

Plans that pay by IP usually use one IP to deduct one balance, so how many IPs do you need? You also need to evaluate whether the price is acceptable.

Paying per IP is usually more expensive than just doing proxy rotation + pay per bandwidth. You could try IProyal though they have an option for both and are pretty solid, speaking from personal experience.

There are many providers on BHW that can meet your needs. However, you need to provide information about which websites and social networks you need to collect emails from to get advice on the appropriate proxy type.

Most residential proxy providers these days charge per bandwidth usage, not per IP since rotations are data driven. If you specifically want per IP pricing, your best bet might be smaller or niche proxy resellers rather than big names like Smartproxy or Bright Data. Check the marketplace for residential IP packages.

For rotating proxies, it’s generally recommended to choose a traffic-based plan. IP-based billing tends to consume more IPs, which may increase your costs.
