The only way to get "REAL" paid traffic is by using something like Adwords. All those other programs online are too shady, and only provide bot traffic, or other types of useless traffic.

That is kind of a ridiculous request. If you just get some random people to your site, you can't really expect it to convert. But if you only need to please someone as a contractor, then buy CPV advertising.
