no way.no company will ingore spamhaus.

i found hostway host i see they have so many spamhaus abuse but still they not banned domain

One question. Is this hosting really secure? If for example I want to set up a website of a multilevel pyramid system, something that governments and banks abhor and that in many places is persecuted because they associate it with ponzi schemes and similar things, the web would be really safe and protected?

You can always have or get some additional secure solutions as addon to your existing hosting account.
I think that is something you can find out during pre-sales conversation.
