Looking for PVA accounts

I would like about a dozen of US accounts, fully phone verified. However, I am not sure if I want to buy some already made, since I would like to use these accounts as regular accounts (upload content, monetize). I can make the accounts myself, I'm just struggling with phone verification.

Basically, I need a dozen unique, dedicated US phone numbers, that I can use until cancellation to verify both Google and YT accs. Any BHW approved services or guidelines?

I see there are premade ones in the mkpl, but I would prefer to do em myself. Just looking for US numbers service.
