Looking for proxy service with user:password AUTH

Hello, I'm looking for the best (cheapest) proxy provider that lets me authorize using username: password in order for me to be able to send the proxy I used to 2CAPTCHA as I'm using them for email creation.
Bonus points if I can select the nation, if it's cheap (so not something like Luminati or SmartProxies which are way too expensive)

You should be able to authenticate the 2captcha ip address with the proxy service, as they describe it here: https://2captcha.com/blog/update-google-recaptcha
"If your proxy has access control, add our IP address 138.201.188.166 as allowed."

Proxy services usually allow more than one ip address to be authenticated. Even if you authenticate with your own ip, you should still have free slot(s).

This would greatly increase the pool of the services you can choose from. I haven't searched for username: password auth only providers recently, but when i did, they were rare.

Thank you very much, I didn't know this!
The problem being that Nosok.org which would be perfect because it gives you a list of 1,000s of IPs but only lets you have 1 authoried IP per membership.
On the other hand PrivateProxy lets you have several IPs but they are only rotating which means if I send the request and then 2captcha sends it the proxy would have rotated already meaning 2captcha would have a different IP

I might be missing something, but you should authenticate the 2captcha ip with the proxy service and not the other way around. The ip of 2captcha stays the same. It doesn't matter if the proxy rotates or not.

What would be the point in sending the proxy to 2captcha in order for 2captcha to use the same IP that you used for registering for solving the captcha.. if the IP's has rotated hence changed?

Not always some want no proxy just your residential ip connected.

My proxy provider only allow 1 home ip only

Gotcha, so rotating proxy services are probably not the best for this purpose then. Although you might not have to give up on rotating proxies entirely. There are different type of services. There are providers, where the ips rotate upon every request. These won't be good. But there are services, where the ips rotate within certain time intervals, sometimes with the option to customize the interval. This latter type of service can still be good, if the interval is big enough, because in the vast majority of cases, if not every time, you would be able to send the same ip via the static port to 2captcha, what you used to create the account with. Otherwise i'm afraid, you need to look into regular proxy providers, which allow at least 2 ips to be authenticated.
 
I use blazingseollc proxies for scraping.
They are cheap

Try checking in the marketplace. Proxies based on real residential hardware and that are rotating will be your best bet. Phone-based proxies are a must (don't get any that use modems, these are detectable).
 
There are a lot in the marketplace, depends on your needs. From database proxies which are the lowest quality to mobile ones which are the highest. Most sellers provide both IP authentification or username/password authentification
