Looking for the Best Low detectable Proxies for the best price

Looking to buy 10 proxies
general traffic will be 2.5 TB
each proxy will have 200 GB on each

Mainly watching you tube and twitch, just looking for cheapest proxies that are not detected by twitch to display ads
Best ones I found are proxy-sale they are 1.5 dollar per each and some show no ads
I found act proxies that sell for .6 per proxy but no ads at all

looking for something that is residential IP Preferably that is less then 3 for unlimited bandwidth
