Looking for proxy provider with unlimited BW/Threads

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a HTTPS/Socks5 provider that meets following requirements:
+Unlimited bandwidth
+Unlimited threads ( I need to load 100 web pages a time)
+Global mixed proxy
+Return proxy as list because 1 need to assign them to 100 different Firefox instances.

Even if someone is providing something like that I bet your out of budget since you are still automating with browsers/selenium.
