Looking for proxy Provider EU

Hi,
i am not Junior VIP so cant post in the proxy section.

I need a proxy provider who has proxies in

GERMANY
FRANCE
ITALY
SPAIN
UNITED KINGDOM.

Simple private IPV4 https ones for amazon purposes. no rotating ones and stuff.

Ive tried proxy6, its okay but the IP range is small and there are no FR ones at the moment.

changemyip wont let me register for some reason.

Any suggestions?

at least 2 different subnets (xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx not 123.123.xxx.xxx), better is 3.
