Looking for proxy gateway system

Hi all...

I'm looking for proxy gateway system to provide my clients USA socks5 list of proxies which will change in every 10 mins.

Suppose my server ip is x.x.x.x where the tool will be installed.

I want to provide my clients 500 port or 100 or 50 port USA socks service using my own server ip and ports.

Plz help me to build the system. I have ready clients.

Honest sugggestions and advised will be highly appreciated.
