Looking for Programmers and Webdesigners for long term

Hello,
I am a services reseller, I resell programming and webdesigning services to Local clients. I have a large base of clients (I get around 10 projects everyday), now I am deciding to expand my work and take more projects so I am looking for freelancers who are SERIOUS and FAIR with knowledge of one or more of:

• Programming
• Webdesign
• Ecommerce
• Website management

This is not a one time order so I am looking for dedicated persons that have experience and offer their services in reasonable rates.

Payment will be through paypal, skrill or any other method of payment that we agree on. I get on average 10 new projects per day and I am planning to hire limited amounts of programmers so there is a big chance you'll get full-time work just from us.

We do NOT tolerate delays or inaccuracy in delivered orders so do not apply if you are not qualified.

I can`t PM because I need 15 posts in order to do so but here are some of the softwares that I am using.

- Artisteer for Website Design, Photoshop and some other softwares for creating diverse stuffs like banners/elements and such for the websites I create including the logo if the client require.
