Whats needed is any kind of Programming language on an advanced level.
Have to be able to handle stuff like Databases located on servers and shit. (i dont know Geek talk, but ill explain in a PM)

for a decent coder, % isnt enought. Give him the 60, hes gnna do the whole job tbh. Selling a program is easy as shit, algorythm, programming, updating, security is a bigger job than opening a website, buy some PPC, SEO, and Affiliate. Make it even 70% if you sell it a big price. maybe your goal is to outsource it, GL then ( if your project is delivered, if you dont get your ideas stolen, and many more condition).

Thats fine with me to.
I cant afford to outsource it on a fixed pay, but i dont want to not get it done either.
