Looking for Programmer for cross-platform application/program development

Looking for someone to build an application/program for content distribution, mainly using 3rd party services.

Looking to have:

• Master account storage (think keyring of all sites tied to once in-program account)
• Step by step usage (first step creation of accounts, second step verification of accounts, etc.)
• Master list to hold all data from accounts

More details will be discussed when the right candidate is found. Will offer 50/50 profit share if I decide to make it public, per project sum available as well if that route is not taken.
