Hopefully this is the right place to ask about this:

I'm trying to find a desktop client, or something online which is able to automatically post a reply when influential accounts tweet. So, say every time @Katyperry tweets, my account instantly replies like "@Katyperry I love you!".

Does something like this exist?

Haha cool! I do not know a program like auto reply but I just know one that retweets every tweet of a certain handle. If KatyPerry tweets, your account will automatically retweet hers.
