Looking for Professionally Skilled Web Designers, PHP, javascript and more developers

I am expanding my business and looking for a professional web designer and PHP, javascript, developer and not only to add to my team.
WordPress is the main focus at the moment (Design and development). More skills you have the better will be for our business.

I have a couple of projects working on and cannot take more projects since the day only has 24 hours and I am on my own.
We will be working on project basis and I am looking to form a strong team with really talented people.
I have both small and big projects and will be discussing the requirements and the costs separately on each project.

I am also looking for a JV partner in this business so if you think this is what you are looking for and have the right skills join me.

I am also expanding on the mobile market and have a couple of personal mobile projects ideas that I am looking to develop.
If you have good Objective-C and java skills just let me know.

Hi, I think an online staffing site like Staff.com (for Full time/part time jobs), Odesk and Fiverr can help you find a good web programmer/developer. Only thing is they are mostly from remote places around world but, of course, they are skilled and may even have a lesser rate compared to an onshore staff. You can get in touch with those sites, most of them allows you to sign up and post a job for free.
