We want a Website Designer for develop a CMS & E-Commence website:-

We request the designer able to provide following:-

Phase 1:-

1. Graphic Design for layout
2. Understand our business model and advise a right website solution
3. implement the design
4. Make sure it works on a mobile phone
5. Integrate social and make it interactive
6. Figure out the information architecture

Phase 2:-

1. SEO & SEM
2. Social media marketing (Facebook and Twitter)

We wish the website develop have knowledge to understand our business model and nature and provide a correct website solution, because we are not general E-commence business!!!

A designer is a not a developer. That's why people get burned out every time. Hire a designer get all the graphic artwork done, get a developer that can work with a themer maybe the same designer to put it together. Then hire a marketer. Yes a designer can do the developers works, but that's where projects fails. Hire a project manager is a few extra bucks, but is money well spend.

Like posted above.

designer != developer.

I know a lot of people who are great at design, but they cannot code at all.
On the other hand, I can code just about anything, but have very low design skills.

they are two VERY different things.
