Looking For Professional SEO Link Builders [India, Philippines, Etc]

I'm looking for full time experienced trustworthy link builders preferably from countries from the Phillipines, India, Singapore etc..

Your initial assignment is to manage 3 websites, 3 keywords (1 for each), all relatively low competition - medium competition. You will have the opportunity to be promoted for 2x pay to work on my new campaigns.

Project:
3 Micro Niche Sites
3 Keywords (1 For Each)

Includes:
1st and 2nd tier of Buffer sites (Web 2.0 Properties)

Requirements:
Able to Manually Create Web 2.0 Properties
Must Have an Article Base Account, The Free Spinner Account (Free)
Full Time SEO Link Building
Fluent English
SEO Tools (Preferred)
You must be organized, and show proof of reports upon request.

Status:
All of the keywords I am targeting are currently within 20 - 100 rankings (Google Dance). All keywords will be monitored daily, any proof of significant increase in rankings will have the opportunity to be upgraded for 2x pay on more serious projects.

I feel sorry for you that you have experienced such but that doesn't mean that all people from those counties will do the same. Even in your country I am sure there are also people who will do the same. I have been scammed too doing web design and banners for a client who lives in other countries and just left after a month of work without paying me. So, from my experience not only people looking for workers were being scammed. It also applies to those who do work for clients.
