Hello BHW, Hope all are doing well.

I am Looking for a Private Static US(Texas) IP. I don't want to change my IP, I will always use that IP.
Can you please help me to get it ? Do you know any VPN or Software that provide this facility?

I know, I can use VPS for this Facility, But I dont want to use VPS.

Can any one help me ? If you know any service or software that provides 1 Static IP. I will buy that.
