Hi, new member here. Tried browsing first, but can't seem to find what I need, so decided to create this thread. For use on Direct Connect protocol.

Payment: PayPal .Eastern Europe proxies preferred (Estonia, Poland, Ukraine, Romania, something like that). Must work with Direct Connect protocol.

Must be speed between at least 10Mbit up to 100Mbit and private, I need like max 10 proxies (can be even just 3 if they really work and stable) and 95%+ uptime and change like once a week.

Do not offer HTTP/HTTPS or SOCKS4. Do not offer 1000 of proxies and bla bla, outside Europe nor shared.

    Cheers

http://www.limeproxies.com/socks.html has some socks proxies from some Eastern European countries. They're not going to change them once a week for you probably, but you could buy 50 of them and rotate 10 or 15 per week. I believe they have a sales thread in the marketplace here. You can try and contact them to see if you can get something specific setup, but for the specifics you're asking for, I don't know of a lot of places that I can think of to recommend.

Hey all thanks for replying. I'm currently using some SOCKS5 proxy and I just noticed that many DC hubs block SOCKS5 and proxies, so don't really understand now why would they do that and demand to connect directly...
