Looking for private HTTP Proxies service

Hi guys

I am looking for a private HTTP proxy service who would offer me 100 private HTTP proxies just for $100 or so. I need the cheap package and the best service out there, like I would get renew the subscription package with all different ip cos I will be using them to access to the websites.
