Looking for PPV traffic/network

I am looking for a PPV network with high quality traffic volumes which offer adware popup traffic such as TrafficVance and 50onRed to advertise on.
If you have any suggestions, I would greatly appreciate it.

EDIT: I am looking for an "adsense safe" network. DirectCPV, MediaTraffic, Zeropark, edomz, dntx, etc are shaved from adsense.

EDIT 2: I would like to target any possible domain, not only in their "publisher network"
