what kind of campaign you plan to launch

If you want just warm new account, my method is simple.
1. Create blog on subdomain blogger.com, wordpress.com
2. Find some non-commerial keywords ( how to care about cat ), or anything where is 0 ads.
3. Type kw to google, and copy any article. Make on your blog new post, and add that text.
4. You can also make some contact page, disclaimer, add images etc.
5. Run campaign for this article. When you find good kw, you will spend few bucks / day. After 3-4 days turn off campaign and runn blackhat

Your adwords account is banned? If yes, how many acc burned? What exactly do you need know?
