Say I created or bought 5 accounts & then bought 500K followers (or whatever max a panel could provide me) to only like my stuff. Would that work as a power like?

no because nobody is checking what you like with your account. it is for accounts with real active followers which have a lot of time and check what the accounts they follow liked.
