I am looking for a powerful dedicated server like hetzner have. The hosting must be dmca ignore. Please help with suggestions.

Have a look at the Netherlands, Czech, Romania, Bulgaria.

And then do a test by sending them a fake DMCA report to see what will happen.

I haven’t personally stress tested their servers with anything but I have read about them in the past.
