Looking for Pop3 Enabled Hotmail Account Creator

Hey guys,

I've been searching for a few days for hotmail account creator that enables pop3. I've looked into a couple hotmail account creators, but none of them seem to say they enable pop3. Do you know of any that you could recommend??

I was thinking SuperHAC or Account Creator Chief. Suggestions?
 
Pop3 is enabled by default, do you mean with the spam filter enabled to transfer all mails to inbox? Fiverr is the place or these. Think last time I bought I got 400 for $5..
 
SuperHAC does have an option to enable a POP rule so you can delete emails from 3rd party software.

I have used SUPER HAC before and it's an amazing Hotmail account creator.
 
I'm also looking for a bot for this.

Is there or does anyone have a bot to enable POP3 in alive hotmail accounts? SuperHAC only works with creating new accounts.
