Looking for PHP script to be written (Credit System)

I was thinking of getting a sort of user membership/credit backend system done. I'm pretty sure PHP is the language to use for this kind of job.


I would basically create an account for a user (email/password), They login to their account and they can purchase "credits" with paypal, once paid they would automatically receive their credits, and have the ability to spend them on whatever i am selling. I would have the ability to alter what the ratio of credits : services is, on the fly. I would also have my admin panel that would show all "orders" in my required format so that i can work on them. That would be the main gist of it, with various other functionality implemented. Some frontend/webdesign work will be required as well
