Looking for PHP, Mysql, Apache, HTML Coder Business Partner

I am currently seeking a highly qualified business partner that I can work with. This is a pretty serious proposition here. We are talking about very high pay, but must also be highly qualified.

-Must know how to completely run a LAMP server. PHP and Mysql (PDO) experience must be top notch.
-Must also know how to use jQuery, HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap wouldn't hurt either.
-Experience in CPA API's would be good
-Must live in the USA (not trying to be racist or anything, but the legal work is much easier).
-Must be willing to talk on Skype and meet in person (I will travel to your location).

I know these are pretty strict criteria, but this is for a high management position and as mentioned, the pay will be very high. I am a coder myself so please don't try to fake anything.

I currently own a PPD network and plan on starting some new company(s). However, those details are not important for now. As long as you can work hard and code good, you are qualified.
