if a user clicks on my selected image on website 1, he automatically follows my tumblr blog (tumblr follow button masked as custom image?)
after following he is redirected to website 2

Why tumblr ?
You know the guy who will be clickjacked has to has account in tumblr and to be logged in you know that right?
Try with larger social network (Fb ,Twitter, Youtube)
