Hi, I'm looking for a photoshop expert that can do the following: remove watermarks from images, realistically change the background behind a person, change specific features (e.g turn hair from blonde to burnette, add/remove a tatto/piercing, etc)
Depending on how good the final result is for a test order, I will do the next one in bulk.
For the test run my budget is $15 for 2 images.
