Looking for people who specialize in web design and/or SEO

I can get very high quality leads that WILL convert from offline businesses without websites where one client is a big deal and you can charge them a lot more than you normally would for someone online. Looking to get a commission for every sale made. You need to have a website and be experienced for me to work with you. Preferably people who specialize in both design and SEO but I'll work with people who are just designers too.
