Looking for PC Tablet manufacturer(MO)

Hey guys,

I am approached by someone on behalf of the buyer, to look for 50,000 to 500,000 units of PC Tablet.
The buyer is a government body and the end-user is the primary school kids.

Anybody knows any honest PC Tablet manufacturer or can hook me up on one please pm me.
As it is used for kids and teaching purpose, the specs or features need not be as good as Ipad and they are also looking for competitive price.

In fact, if anyone can remember, in 2010, India have release their own 'ipad' prototype costing only $35 USD.

However, these gadgets are meant for their people and cannot be exported out(that is what we are told).

Anyway, i have also skimmed through alibaba, but without high hopes as it may be well infested with scammers.

Moreover, they are giving FOB and the buyer is looking for CNF/CIF.

You might want to check out gloryunion.cn, I've done business with them before but you have to be sure to negotiate down there prices their first quote might be a little high depending on the quantity you need.
