Looking for payment system / script like this

I can't find a simple payment script for custom order anywhere for hours. I believe someone really knows where I could find it.

It should let:
Add some paid options if wanted
Upload an image
Checkout through Paypal and after checkout send me(seller) those details about that order.

I've tried woocomerce and yes it has something like that with it's extensions, but it's too much and too hard to customize. I just need something simple. Or maybe someone would help me with the woo?

Please help me out if u know something!
